How to Record a Macro?

To record a Macro in word 2007 follow these steps:

1. Click on View Tab on the Ribbon

2. Click on Macros in Macros group

3. Select Record Macro

4. A record macro dialog box open

5. Select the option which you want.

6. Click Ok

7. Start Typing the text which you want to repeat many times in your document

8. Again Click on Macro button in Macro group.

9. Click Stop Recording
